Statewide Map of Food Sites

The Michigan Department of Education has published a statewide map that provides residents with locations of all the sites that will be distributing meals to families during the school closures. The map will be updated twice daily during the closure period.

Up to 2 free meals a day are being made available to all children up to 18 years old. Access the statewide map to find a location here: https://www.mcgi.state.mi.us/schoolnutrition/

The Salvation Army of Livingston County:

A free Mobile Lunch Program is available to ensure the students have access to lunch.

​

Sack lunches are available at the following locations from noon to 1:00pm:

Monday: Hartland Meadows  (13634 Highland Rd, Hartland)

Tuesday: Lakeshore Village Apartments (2812 Ontario Ct., Howell) 

Wednesday: Grand Plaza Apartments (401 S Highlander Way, Howell)  

Thursday: Prentis Estates Apartments (1103 S Latson Rd, Howell)  

Friday: Howell Estates (515 Mason Rd, Howell)

 

The Salvation Army pantry (503 Lake St., Howell) *Appointments required*

Bountiful Harvest:

​

A food pantry in Brighton that also offers a soup kitchen, clothing pantry, and resource center.  

They are providing breakfast and lunches for Livingston county children who qualify for reduced or free lunch.  They will be providing each child with enough food for breakfast and lunch for a week-with pick ups once a week. This way families need only come once for a week's worth of food.  The provisions are free as always. Families need to call the day before by 5pm for pick up the following day.

Pick-up days & time: Tuesday-Friday - 9:00am to 4:00pm 

If you need delivery - please call and they will accommodate.  

New Pantry Hours: Tuesday-Friday - 12:00pm to 4:00pm Pick-up & Delivery ONLY

Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm - Pick-up & Delivery ONLY

Gleaners Shared Harvest Pantry:

​

Gleaners is providing food assistance to families at the following locations:

​

Fowlerville High School: Distributing breakfast and lunch every other week at 4:00pm. 

 

Pinckney Bus Garage: Distributing breakfast and lunch every other week on 

Wednesdays from 4-6pm. 

 

Three Fires Elementary School: Food Mobile Pantry at 9:45am— please stay in your car. 

 

The Shared Harvest Pantry will remain available for all families. Appointments are needed. It is a drive up food distribution. Please call 517-548-3710 if you need more information or to schedule an appointment.
